At SwiftMedHealth, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and professional consultancy services. Due to the nature of our digital products and time-based services, all purchases are non-refundable.
All subscription plans provide immediate access to non-downloadable educational materials. As these are digital products that cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, whether in full or partial, once access has been granted—regardless of usage or subscription duration.
Once a consultancy session has been booked and confirmed, no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
